Pakora sauce
   
Ingredients  
 
2 onions, chopped
1 and a half bananas, chopped
2 green chillies, chopped
1 cup of mango chutney
1 tbsp hot chilli powder
1 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
half a tbsp cumin seeds
2 cups tomato ketchup
1 cup fresh coriander, chopped
half a tsp salt
   
Method

My mum 'acquired' this recipe from a local Indian restaurant after some persuasion! This recipe makes an industrial quantity of pakora sauce but it can be easily scaled down to make smaller amounts. It does not keep or freeze well so better just to make it as you need it. - Sammy

Put all ingredients into a blender and whizz to a fine sauce. Check and adjust seasoning if necessary.
