Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- Olive oil
- 2 salmon fillets
- 100g Puy lentils
- Half a red onion, sliced
- Juice of
- Half a lemon
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- Handful of fresh coriander, chopped
- Lemon wedges to serve
Method:
Mix the spices with a little oil and rub all over the salmon. Leave for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile simmer the lentils in water (not salted) for about 20 minutes. Drain then toss with the onion, lemon juice, garlic, 1 tbsp oil and season whilst still hot.
Grill the salmon until cooked through (about 8 minutes).
Stir the coriander through the lentils and serve with the salmon and lemon wedges.
